With a background in both health & fitness and agile project management, our coach brings a unique combination of structure, empathy, and real-life experience.

Gordana Micanovic is a certified coach, a lifelong runner, and a passionate outdoor enthusiast. She’s been running for 18+ years, completed multiple trail and road races, and live a highly active lifestyle that includes climbing, hiking, paddling, and cycling. She’s also a mother of three, and she understands the realities of juggling personal goals with a full and busy life.

After 20 years in the IT industry – most recently as a project manager and Scrum Master – she has learned how to help people set meaningful goals and follow through with clarity and confidence. Her coaching style is positive, forward-thinking, and grounded in helping you make practical, lasting progress.
