Stockholm in the summer
In summer, Stockholm is surrounded by clean waters and well-preserved nature, with endless daylight. Life moves to the waterfront, where people walk, run, swim, or enjoy a drink at one of the many pop-up summer bars. Music and laughter fill the air.
Why SUP board?
We use SUP boards because they are safe, stable, and easy to handle. Our boards are designed to support riders weighing over 130 kg, providing excellent stability. Paddling is simple and enjoyable, and you can choose between three positions: standing, kneeling, or sitting.

SUP Board AW / city tour "An urban adventure in the heart of Stockholm"
Surrounded by water, Stockholm is a paradise for exploring by SUP. A popular route starts at Grändal, paddles towards Skanstull, returns to Hornstull, circles around Reimersholme, and finishes off at the beautiful waterfront bar Cul de Sac in Gröndal.
This easy tour is suitable for all ages and fitness levels, and the route can be adjusted to match your preferences.
Total length: 6–10 km
Duration: about 3 hours of paddling + bar time
Included: SUP board, paddle, waterproof bag, safety briefing and life jacket

Stockholm wild nature SUP adventure
Option 1 – Easy Adventure
A relaxed paddle starting at Söderbysjön (or Dammtorpssjön), continuing through Brotorps Kanal to Ältasjön, and finishing at the waterfront bar and restaurant Älta Brygga.
Total length: 6 km
Time: about 2–3 hours paddling
Included: SUP board, paddle, waterproof bag, safety briefing and life jacket
Price: 800 SEK per person
Option 2 – Endurance Adventure
This option is for the more active participants (some experience in paddling). The route includes two short land transitions where we carry the SUP boards (about 12 kg) for 500–700 meters. It’s not too difficult but is extremely rewarding.
During the tour we paddle through four lakes and one canal, each with its own unique beauty.

Time: about 4–6 hours paddling
